Marshmallow Creme Buttercream
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 7oz jar of Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  1. Using a stand or hand mixer, combine butter, marshmallow creme, and vanilla extract.
  2. Slowly beat in powdered sugar and salt in several additions until smooth. Continue mixing until frosting is fluffy.
You may use a small amount of milk or cream to thin the frosting if needed. Alternately, add more powdered sugar for a thicker (and sweeter) frosting.
