We Looove New York, Part 2!

Looking through the bars toward Jersey City

It has been on my Bucket List for years to visit NYC at the peak of the fall color. Mission accomplished.

I’ll stop with the building shots soon, I promise.

Maybe..

In our jeans and tennis shoes, we felt very out of place wandering around the financial district. We stank of tourism *cries*

O hai.

South Street Seaport (say that 10 times fast) We ate dinner here, after walking for almost 8 hours straight with no food. Those pepperoni flatbreads didn’t know what hit them.

Brooklyn Bridge is falling down, falling down, falling down..

Wait.. that’s not right, is it?

A trip on the Staten Island Ferry at sunset made our eyes happy.

And they remained happy even after the sun had set.

The Manhattan skyline on the return trip. Too bad it was marred by the relentless “ferry preachers”

That was it for Day 1!

Have you ever been to NYC?  What was the best part of your trip?  Favorite places to eat?  Favorite thing you did?  I want to hear about it.  Leave a comment!
