No reviews

Here's an easy homemade self-rising flour so you don't have to buy the store bought version anymore. No more trying to use it up before the baking powder goes inactive!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour*
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients well. Use in recipes as desired.

Notes

* Make sure you use low, moderate, or high protein all-purpose flours depending on what you need for your recipes. Delicate recipes like cake or fluffy biscuits will do better with a soft, low-protein flour.
