Description

A simple method for using an air fryer to reheat fried pickles so that they regain their crispy crunch!

Ingredients

  • Leftover fried pickles, any amount
  • Cooking spray, if needed

Instructions

  1. Set empty air fryer to 350F and let it run for a few minutes to heat up. It's okay if it doesn't fully preheat before adding pickles.
  2. Add a single layer of pickles to fry basket. If your pickles were deep fried in oil, you don't need to add anything extra. If your pickles were oven-fried or air-fried to begin with, spritz the tops with cooking spray.
  3. Close basket and air fry for 3 minutes. Shake basket and continue air frying, shaking after every 2-3 minutes, or until crispy. The pickle chips are thin so it won't take long - watch closely to make sure they don't burn!
