Ingredients

- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a small saucepan set over medium-low heat, add all ingredients. Stir gently until sugar has dissolved.
- Allow to simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Pour through a fine mesh strainer, being careful not to crush the berries. Cool to room temperature and then store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Notes
Don't crush the blueberries while simmering. This will cause your syrup to be cloudy
This syrup is very thin and is not the best for pancakes or waffles. Think beverages!
