- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 3-4 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 4-5 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 4 slices of deli ham
- 4 slices American cheese
Instructions
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spread half of the triangles with peanut butter, then place a dollop of strawberry jam on the wider end.
- Cover the other half of the triangles with pieces of American cheese. Fold up each slice of ham and place on the wider side of the triangles.
- Cook in waffle iron (do the sweet and savory ones separately) 5-7 minutes or until dough is golden and crispy. Check after 4 minutes to avoid burning.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
Any waffle iron will work! I use this Bella Belgian Waffle Maker, but this adorable mini waffle maker will work great as well, and takes up less space in the kitchen.
