- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 7oz jar of Marshmallow Creme
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Using a stand or hand mixer, combine butter, marshmallow creme, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly beat in powdered sugar and salt in several additions until smooth. Continue mixing until frosting is fluffy.
You may use a small amount of milk or cream to thin the frosting if needed. Alternately, add more powdered sugar for a thicker (and sweeter) frosting.
