Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling!)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Couple splashes of vanilla extract
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum - optional, for thickening

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and frothy.
