Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling!)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Couple splashes of vanilla extract
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum - optional, for thickening

- Blend all ingredients until smooth and frothy.
