- MEATLOAF
- 1.5lbs ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 15 crushed saltine crackers
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- FOR GLAZE
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients, mixing with your hands until combined.
- Form into loaf in a stoneware or metal baking dish sprayed with cooking spray or lightly-greased.
- In another small bowl, whisk together all glaze ingredients.
- Bake loaf, uncovered, for about 30 minutes.
- Spread glaze over top of loaf and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
