- Turkey Burger
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 2 TBS orange juice, from fresh
- 1 TBS low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- Greek Yogurt Aioli
- 1 5.3 or 6oz container plain Greek yogurt
- 2 TBS Dijon mustard
- 1 TBS honey
- 1 tsp orange juice, from fresh
- 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 6 hamburger buns of any kind
- Baby spinach or lettuce, fresh tomato, or any other vegetables of choice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for the turkey burgers in a bowl, mixing with a spoon or with clean hands until everything is well incorporated. Separate the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and cook patties until well done, about 6 minutes per side.
- While the patties are cooking, stir together all ingredients for aioli in a medium bowl.
- Serve patties on buns spread with aioli and top with lettuce or spinach, tomato, or any other vegetables you like.
