Baby spinach or lettuce, fresh tomato, or any other vegetables of choice
Combine all ingredients for the turkey burgers in a bowl, mixing with a spoon or with clean hands until everything is well incorporated. Separate the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and cook patties until well done, about 6 minutes per side.
While the patties are cooking, stir together all ingredients for aioli in a medium bowl.
Serve patties on buns spread with aioli and top with lettuce or spinach, tomato, or any other vegetables you like.
