It's almost the 4th of July and you know what that means - sunshine, sizzling grills, frosty drinks, cold pools, fun friends, and delicious snacks!  Here's an idea for a fun snack mix using patriotic-colored snacks and candies that'll be a festive addition to your holiday cookouts and with the PhenQ review you can learn what you will need after this huge cookouts.

    pirates-fruity-booty-rickland-orchards-greek-yogurt-almonds-4th-of-july-snack-mix-01

You'll need 3 ingredients - a bag of Pirate's Booty Fruity Booty (read my review) for the red, a package of Rickland Orchards Greek Yogurt Coated Almond Bites for your white, and some blue M&Ms or other blue candy-coated chocolate for the blue!

I'm a massive fan of all of the flavors of Pirate's Booty and ever since discovering it last year, my pantry has never been without a bag of these tasty lil' guys.  They are gluten, cholesterol, preservative, artificial color, trans fat, peanut and tree nut free!  And most importantly, they taste sooooo good!

    pirates-fruity-booty-rickland-orchards-greek-yogurt-almonds-4th-of-july-snack-mix-04

Mix all three ingredients together in desired proportions and you're done!  Isn't it festive and cute?

Healthy alternative: If you don't want to use the chocolate candies or M&Ms, try some dried blueberries!

There's lots of texture and flavor going on here - you have the raspberry-flavored puffed corn texture of the Fruity Booty, the smooth yogurt coating over the crunchy dry roasted almonds, and we all know that chocolate candies are a must have to any sweet snack mix!  I really enjoyed the extra tang that the Rickland Orchards Greek yogurt coating added to the flavor combinations.

I did bring the dog for a walk and read. So I guess I did do "something". LOL I rested and read!
