2013 Christmas Card Outtakes

Christmas in our home means that it's time to subject our poor corgis to the torture and humiliation of the yearly Christmas card!  As always, we ended up with a handful of hilarious outtakes, and as always, we're happy to share them with all of you!

Oh great, it's that time of year again?  Already?

All right, let's get this over with...

I seem to have forgotten just how much this sucks.  Are we done yet?

Okay, I'm facing forward, looking at the camera, no silly faces... we're done now, right?

Sigh...

I'm not sure what I've done to deserve this.

Here's a two-fer, one perfect shot, and then one of me desperately trying to stay awake.

That's it!  I have HAD IT!

It's written all over my face... see the difference?  On the left is my normal face, and on the right is my PissFace.  Subtle, but effective.

(it was at this point that we let Dexter off the hook and got Dewey suited up for his turn in the spotlight!)

Look, you guys caught me just before my scheduled afternoon nap.  I'm fallin' asleep here.

Poor little guy.

With one final PBBBBBTH, we got a normal face and Dewey was free to finally take his nap.

This year, the dogs got even and we also dressed ourselves up in ridiculous Christmas outfits.  First, we started with a "normal" shot, though how normal can you be wearing too-baggy ugly sweaters and draped in tinsel?

Then we had some derp faces of our own.

We were a little disappointed in the print quality of our cards this year.  I won't name the company since we've had nothing but great experiences with them in the past, but to make up for it I decided to just post the finished cards here for everyone to see!  We placed a grid of "normal" photos on the outside of the card.

 

And the inside contained a little play on words and our nutty little derp faces.

Now the dogs only have a year until their next round of torture!  I'm sure they are plotting their revenge as we speak...
