Your surroundings get just a lil fancier in the Royal Court, which is located on Deck 3, right off of the main atrium of the ship.
I started off with the Iced Lobster & Jumbo Shrimp - White and Green Asparagus, Micro Greens, and Lemon-Dill dressing with Horseradish Cream
Matt had the Double Baked Spinach and Cheese Soufflé - Coated with a Three-Cheese Cream
For the soup course, we both ordered Belle's French Onion Soup - With Gruyère Cheese Crouton. I'm pretty sure this is the same soup that is served on the Dream's version of this restaurant - The Royal Palace!
Matt's entree - Roasted Wild Boar Tenderloin - Sweet Carrot and Onion Potato Cake with a Red Currant Reduction
Baked Farm-Raised Chicken Breast - Filled with Escarole, Raisins, and Pine Nuts on Wild rice with a Red Wine Reduction - this was a yummy yum yum choice!!
We were all finally together again for dinner after all of the seasickness, so we snapped this shot of the parents across the table!
Matt and I both went for the same dessert.. peanut butter and chocolate? Sign us up!! This is the Peanut Butter Mousse - Dark Chocolate infused Peanut Butter, Chiffon Cake and Whipped Cream. Sooo delish!!

I made the wrong decision for the entree at this one. Still good, but a little underwhelming compared to everything else.
However, I also got the spinach souffle. Um....YUM!

We had the same appetizers as you guys and I also got the french onion soup. The grand marnier souffle on this dessert menu was one of my favorite rotational dining desserts. It was very good. I always go with the souffle.

I so wanted to try that grand marnier souffle. Heck, I should have just ordered two. 🙂
