Strolling through Washington DC

We did a lot of walking during our short little weekend jaunt to Washington, DC.  The first morning we took a stroll from our hotel down toward the museums and the National Mall.  While it was a gorgeous day, it was SO incredibly hot, and we did a fair share of sweating.  Good thing it’s October and the air is a bit more comfortable while looking at these pictures.

Anyhoo, time for a photo sneeze.

Ahh

Ahh..

AH-choo!

Seems you had the other end of the extreme weather.
Last time we were there, we didn’t see the sun all weekend. NOT an exaggeration. Cold, wet, windy, gray…all weekend. BLEH!

  2. love your pictures! what kind of camera/lens(es) do you have? any recommendations? i’m in the market:)
