What are your plans for the holiday weekend?  We're going to be doing some much needed organizing and yard work around the house.

On Monday, we shared a recipe for hot cross buns using cinnamon roll dough!  I haven't used that method for making dough for actual cinnamon rolls, but it's definitely on my list now.  Maybe a big pan of gooey cinnamon rolls for breakfast next Christmas?

Tuesday we showed you how to use up some leftover buttermilk with some soft, pillow-y glazed vanilla buttermilk cookies.

Mid-week, we shifted gears and shared a fun food craft to do with your kiddos - chocolate pretzel bird nests.

On Thursday I tried a recipe that I had never heard of before, Koulourakia, or a fancy word for Greek easter cookies.  Little butter cookies topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds!

We ended the week on a high note with some decadent white chocolate cookies 'n creme fudge, no candy thermometer needed.  That stuff needs a warning label, because it's highly addictive.  Wow.

Happy Easter, everyone!  See y'all next week!
